Another New Machine = Lower Lead-times & More Capacity!!
New CNC Turning Center
In August 2019 we purchased a new Mazak Quick Turn 250MY. Will increase capacity/capabilities. It will greatly reduce our lead-times while eliminating manual secondary operations with CNC precision for a much more uniform process.
New Vertical Mill
In August 2016 we purchased a new Haas VF-2SS. This will increase capacity along with our capabilities. Replaces some of our manual secondary operations with CNC precision for a much more uniform process.
New Machine = More Capacity!!
As of March 2012 we have put a new gear hobbing machine into the mix, a Barber Coleman 6-20 model. This machine will greatly increase capacity in our hobbing department which, in turn, will reduce our lead-time going forward. It also increases the travel length we can now accomodate. We can now produce parts up to 12" long or more. This will be a real benefit for our pulley stock options, being able to run longer lengths for our customers.
