An overview of our manufacturing capabilities:

• Modern "state of the art" CNC machining of all grades of materials: Aluminum, Steel, Bronze, Stainless steel, Brass, Tool steel, Copper, and a variety of plastic materials. Machinery capable of turning up to 12" diameter in various lengths.
• Design and Manufacturing of made to order synchronous timing pulleys and idler pulleys, in various materials, up to and including 6" diameter. We can also produce flat and v-belt pulleys and idlers, as well as micro-v pulleys and idlers.
• Secondary services: Heat treating/Hardening, Brazing, Broaching, Vibratory deburring, Assembly, and a wide range of plating/finishing applications. Plating applications include: Electroless nickel, Hardcoat anodizing, Zinc plating, Sulfuric anodizing clear and dyed, Chrome plating, Black oxide, etc.
